Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Sanitarian to join our team at our St. Louis, MO Milling location. As a Sanitarian, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation through the pro-active inspection and thorough cleaning of the Mill and all related system equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean work environment; sweeping floors, vacuuming, shoveling, hand brushing, light scraping, etc.
• Monitor and report plant conditions.
• Accurate completion of all documentation.
• Operate in accordance with all food safety policies and procedures.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Able to follow directions and work independently, without direct supervision.
• Ability to work in conditions with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature extremes.
• Must be capable of lifting and stacking up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends.
