Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Richardson, TX, for a Health Science Teacher in the Richardson ISD Health Science Program. The teacher will create and deliver engaging lesson plans in health sciences, provide a comprehensive educational experience for students, assess and evaluate student progress, and maintain a conducive learning environment. The role also involves collaboration with colleagues to align curriculum and provide mentorship to students interested in health science careers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Science Education, with strong knowledge of Physics and Mathematics
- Experience in developing and implementing effective Lesson Planning strategies
- Certified or Qualified Teacher with relevant teaching credentials
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
- Passion for fostering student interest in health sciences and mentoring future professionals
- Experience in health science or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or a related field required; advanced degrees preferred
