Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Engineer E.I.T. located in Benton, AR. The role involves performing civil engineering design, drafting, and calculations, with a focus on land development projects, municipal water, wastewater systems, and stormwater management. Tasks include preparing plans, coordinating with team members and stakeholders, ensuring project compliance with regulations, and supporting project planning and implementation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, Civil Engineering principles, and stormwater management techniques
- Strong skills in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D
- Experience in project planning and implementation
- Knowledge of municipal water and wastewater systems
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate effectively
- Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) certification required
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 2 years experience with land development/municipal projects
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Working Conditions
- Full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime required for special events or project deadlines. Office closes at noon on Fridays.
