Richardson Appliance Service is seeking a full-time Appliance Service Technician to join our team in Harrison, Arkansas—a community known for its small-town charm, friendly people, and breathtaking views of the Ozark Mountains.

What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair residential household appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, microwaves, and dishwashers
- Communicate clearly with customers and deliver excellent service in their homes or businesses
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts and tools
- Accurately document service visits and repair outcomes
- Support warranty and non-warranty repair needs
Requirements:
- Prior experience in appliance repair (preferred)
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
