A growing player in the utility-scale renewables space is looking for a Safety Coordinator to keep boots on the ground and standards sky-high.

This hybrid role blends remote work with regular site visits (mostly in the Greater Southern California area), supporting construction safety across solar, wind, and battery storage projects.

What You’ll Do

• Be the on-site safety presence during active construction
• Execute contractor safety programs and inspections
• Dive into contractor incident reviews and RCA validation
• Lead and support training, audits, and compliance checks
• Collaborate with project teams and safety leadership
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Solid construction field safety experience (non-negotiable)
• Tech-savvy with EH&S platforms (ISNetworld is a plus)
• Comfortable juggling both fieldwork and admin tasks
• Confident communicator and proactive problem-solver
• Ready for regular travel and field exposure
