What You'll Do
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. Responsibilities include:
- Providing routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Supporting residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition to nursing leadership
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Following individualized care plans and facility policies to deliver exceptional resident care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license/certification in accordance with state regulations
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to providing dignified and respectful care to Veterans and fellow residents
