About the Job
We’re looking for a Sales Associate to help us grow our business in the local area. This is a hands-on sales role where you’ll be responsible for everything from finding new customers to closing deals and keeping your pipeline moving. You’ll be out in the field meeting business owners, learning what they need, and showing them how we can help.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Grow sales in your assigned territory through regular business-to-business outreach
- Handle the full sales process: prospecting, setting appointments, presenting, and closing
- Keep your pipeline updated in the CRM and follow up regularly with prospects
- Learn the ins and outs of our products so you can explain benefits and solutions clearly
- Build long-term relationships with new customers and set the foundation for repeat business
- Consistently work toward and hit sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in outside B2B sales
- Proven track record of hitting or beating sales quotas
- Self-starter with a competitive drive and a focus on results
- Comfortable talking with all kinds of people, a good listener, and open to coaching
- Clean driving record with valid driver’s license (DMV printout required)
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus (but not required)
- Bilingual skills are also a plus
