The successful Team Member will have a friendly demeanor, will build rapport with customers to help solve their problems, and be a multi-tasker. The successful Team Member that becomes a part of our growing team will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities for Team Members
- Greet all incoming customers with enthusiasm and courtesy
- Duties include the use of Point of Sale computer system, inspecting and bagging orders, racking and hanging clothes, marking-in orders and maintaining the cleanliness of the store
- Operate steam pressing machines to remove wrinkles from garments
- Working with your team to deliver same day dry-cleaning & laundry services for our customers
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications for Team Members
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle client's garment with care
- Ability to get to different locations, locally, via transit or personal transportation as scheduled
- Experience handling money and financial transactions
- Previous industry experience preferred but not required.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but is not required
