Position Summary:
The Manager, Partnership Marketing oversees account management for the assigned RCR partners. The position works closely alongside other Partnership Marketing Managers, Communications Managers and Social Media/Content Managers to ensure maximum value is achieved on all levels and through each partnership. This position requires a results-driven leader who is passionate, detailed-oriented and works well in a team environment. The Partnership Marketing Manager is responsible for meeting established objectives and requires both tactical and strategic thinking. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Partnership Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day interaction and efficient communication with multiple partners.
- Develop the core goals & objectives of each partners’ overall racing activation.
- Build and oversee executional strategy for partners’ campaigns.
- Align RCR’s assets with partners’ objectives to maximize ROI.
- Oversee execution of race programs both in market and at track. Includes, but not limited to: Coordinate driver/team appearances; Host partner(s); Facilitate B2B introduction to other team partners and industry personnel.
Duties in conjunction with Communications Manager:
- Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports to partner(s), while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
- Prepare recap reports to provide updates on efficacy and impact.
- Procure real-time critical data and content towards objectives for reports.
- Develop thorough partner case studies to communicate the benefits of successful activation initiatives.
- Maintain consistent understanding of industry trends in the sports marketing space.
- Manage at-track/at-event hospitality, hosting and marketing services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field strongly preferred
- 1 – 3 years of marketing or account management experience preferred
- Ability and desire to work at both the strategic and tactical levels
- Self-starter and motivator while also being an active team player
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume work environment and meet multiple deadlines
- Adhere to established processes and workflows
- Strong verbal and exceptional interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate with various cross-functional teams, both internally and externally
- Experience working with all social media platforms and knowledge of the landscape, trends, networks and toolset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of services as well as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Travel required (weekday and weekend)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
