Job Overview
Topsider Homes in Clemmons, NC (suburban to Winston-Salem), designer and fabricator of distinctive high-end custom post & beam homes, sold and shipped worldwide since 1968, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to manage all marketing programs for lead generation, sales support and brand building. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications
- Demonstrable strategic and analytical skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, including AI, social media, SEM, SEO, and PPC.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with programs and platforms for social media, website development, creative design and various analytics.
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.
- Experience in managing outside vendors for various technical initiatives.
- 7 years of experience in traditional and digital marketing with a degree in a related area – or equivalent in experience.
Compensation: From $75k to start based on experience and qualifications.

Its applications include high-end custom primary residences, resort homes, retirement homes and light commercial projects. Its structures have been shipped and built throughout the world since 1968. Topsider Homes' modern facilities are located on a 15-acre campus 10-minutes west of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, just off of I-40.
