Role Description
The Senior Litigation Paralegal will manage a wide range of responsibilities to support attorneys in delivering exceptional legal services. This includes drafting and preparing legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, reviewing case-related documents, and handling pleadings and motions. The role is full-time, on-site at our office in Birmingham, MI. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Strong expertise in Legal Research across multiple areas of law
- Experience in drafting and filing Pleadings and Motions
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a legal team
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal is highly desired
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
