What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager in Training position at Rich's Car Wash?
We are seeking a Car Wash Site Manager in Training for the West/Northwest suburbs of Atlanta, GA to join our team The Car Wash Site Manager in Training will work closely with the District Manager as they train and develop to take over a wash site location to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the car wash.
You will learn to be responsible for overseeing the activities of the car wash team to provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will learn how to make sure mechanical operations are running smoothly from the customer pay kiosks to the back-end mechanical room, and will be trained to correct issues as they arise.

Management Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of car wash attendants
- Drive exceptional and consistent customer service. Employees should be coached to respect and interact with customers during the entire customer visit.
- Gather and act upon customer feedback.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Ensure adherence and compliance with all established policies and procedures
- Upholding company standards by ensuring
- Positive customer experience
- Site is clean and pleasant to visit
- Cars leave the wash clean and dry
- Grow sales of monthly wash club members and top tier wash packages
Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Work with Maintenance Director to train opening and closing staff on proper opening and closing procedures
- Perform daily and weekly equipment assessments to monitor wash performance, identify needed repairs / improvement recommendations
- Perform ongoing preventative maintenance
- Perform emergency repairs as needed, and prioritized by Maintenance Director. Emergency repair work may be required during weekend or after hours
Qualifications:
- High School/Tech School Diploma or GED
- Previous sales and/or retail customer service experience
- 3 years experience managing a team or staff
- Strong communication skills
- The strongest possible customer service skills
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays

Applicant must possess all speaking and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above. Base Pay: $45, $50,000.00 per year
