Assistant Manager

Job Description:

Family owned express car wash looking for a motivated, honest, friendly, responsible, and hard working Assistant Manager. Must be a strong, lead-by-example style leader who is able to manage a crew of 8 to 10 employees while providing high quality customer service and a quality product. We are seeking an individual who is driven to advance within a fast growing company. Applicants must be high energy leaders who enjoy sales, are able to multitask, perform mechanical duties, willing to work in the all weather environments, have strong customer service skills, and are accustomed to working with people in a fast paced environment. Compensation:
$30,000 to $45,000 yearly, in addition to a commission plan. Full-time employees meeting certain requirements may also be eligible for a very competitive benefits package including health insurance, vacation time, and a 401k plan. *Compensation and benefits are based on prior management and car wash experience.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience at a car wash is required
• Must possess proficient English Speaking Skills
• Ability to speak Spanish is preferred, though not required
• Must have a valid drivers' license
• Dependable
• Honest

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to work 40 - 45 hours per week, including weekends
• High energy

Job Responsibilities: Open or Close establishment, depending on the schedule (operating hours are 7:00 am to 9:00 pm)

• Create and enforce work schedule for a crew of 8 to 10 employees
• Monitor inventory and costs
• General daily operations
• Establish and maintain a customer friendly environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
