- Maintain accurate inventory records for equipment, supplies, materials, and organizational assets.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Process inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, distributions, and disposals.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient access and accountability.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and physical audits to verify inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damaged goods.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and inventory control standards.
- Coordinate with procurement staff and internal departments regarding inventory needs and deliveries.
- Assist with warehouse operations, including stocking, labeling, packaging, and shipping activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, efficiency, and asset accountability.
- Support annual inventory reviews, audits, and asset verification initiatives.
- Operate inventory management software and other tracking tools to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of inventory and organizational assets.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support organizational operations.
