Infant Childcare Teacher

Position Summary:
We are seeking a warm, energetic, and dependable Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for young children and the ability to create a positive and developmentally appropriate learning environment for infants ages 12-17 months.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Create a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, attendance records, and developmental assessments.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding each child’s progress and needs.
• Follow all licensing regulations, health, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and helping young children learn and grow.
