Rice Roofing & Construction LLC is seeking a highly organized, proactive, solution-minded individual capable of becoming the operational right hand of the company owner.
This role is not a traditional receptionist or basic office assistant position. This individual will become the centralized operational support system responsible for helping organize, manage, and coordinate nearly every aspect of the business outside of sales and production management.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can handle multiple priorities simultaneously, communicates professionally, learns quickly, and takes ownership of problems instead of waiting for instructions.

This person should become the operational traffic controller of the company and help remove chaos from the owner’s daily workflow.
Primary Objective
The primary goal of this position is to remove operational chaos from the owner’s daily workload and help create structure, organization, accountability, and consistency throughout the company.
Core Responsibilities
- Answer inbound company calls professionally
- Explain company processes and customer expectations
- Qualify and organize inbound leads
- Assign leads properly to sales representatives
- Manage and maintain CRM systems
- Organize customer files, contracts, supplements, and production documents
- Track lead statuses and maintain pipeline organization
- Follow up on stalled leads, pending documents, and unpaid invoices
- Coordinate communication between customers, sales reps, subcontractors, and management
- Handle payroll coordination and employee onboarding
- Assist with permits, licensing renewals, insurance compliance, and administrative deadlines
- Maintain spreadsheets, operational systems, and internal organization
- Help improve workflows, accountability systems, and communication processes
- Assist ownership in reducing operational bottlenecks and mental overload

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
