This hands-on role involves performing load cell assembly tasks, placing fine foil gages and fine wire utilizing a variety of tools. The selected individual will follow blueprints, work instructions, drawings, and verbal direction with strong attention to detail. They will be responsible for work order documentation and reporting any issues, while supporting a collaborative team environment across Production, Service, Shipping, and Receiving.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly tasks using a variety of power and hand tools and equipment.
- Lead by example in daily operations, assisting with task prioritization and workflow coordination.
- Ensure quality standards and documentation are consistently met.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain productivity.
- Proficient with soldering iron, hand crimps, pliers, scissors, crimpers, and other power and hand tools.
- Comfortable interpreting technical documents and verbal instructions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete related forms.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Standard shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Occasional overtime may be required.
