The Office Support Supervisor directs administrative support for the Social Services Department. Directs the clerical functions of the Social Services Department, , and coordinates work for the clerical unit with other units in the Department.
- Provides high level clerical administrative support and special projects for the Social Services Department.
- Assists Department Supervisors with monitoring data or special projects.
- Provides general administrative support for the department.
- Supervises and develops office support staff and interpreters to ensure that the objectives of the department are met.
- Performs other duties as necessary.
This position requires two years of post-secondary education in business administration or related field, and two to four years of increasingly responsible clerical experience, preferably public-sector experience, or equivalent experience. A valid Driver’s License is required upon hire. Annual certification and/or training is required in Data Security and Privacy and Data Security for County Staff.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: Non-Union – Grade 110
HOURS: Normal business hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday. Full-time hours equal 40 hours per week.
