Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as TOAST POS
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
