RIB Managements LLC is looking for a reliable, experienced, and motivated Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- General residential and commercial repairs
- Plumbing repairs and installations
- Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- HVAC service and basic installations
- Drywall repair, painting, and finishing
- Flooring, trim, and door installation
- Carpentry and general maintenance
- Exterior repairs, gutters, siding, fencing, and other construction tasks
- Diagnose problems and complete jobs efficiently
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience preferred
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general construction
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Own basic hand tools (power tools are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and excellent customer service
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work indoors and outdoors
