What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Handyman / Maintenance Assistant position at Muggswigz Coffee & Tea?
We are seeking an independent contractor with practical, hands-on experience across a range of property maintenance and improvement tasks, including:
- Residential renovations and general maintenance
- Light plumbing repairs and installations
- Flooring installation and repair
- Carpentry projects
- Drywall hanging, patching, and finishing
- Work performed safely on ladders
- Interior and exterior painting
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:
- Maintenance or repair of coffee or bakery equipment
- HVAC service or troubleshooting experience
Work hours offer flexibility. Some assignments will have firm timelines, while others allow for a more open schedule. From time to time, priority or time-sensitive projects may also need attention.
