Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) is a private radiology practice composed of over 100 radiologists serving 10 hospitals across Colorado. We also provide diagnostic services for more than 40 locations throughout Colorado and Hawaii.
RIA is committed to delivering the highest quality specialty-based diagnostic imaging, image-guided therapy, and associated medical care. We operate Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ), a network of 11 outpatient imaging centers located throughout South Denver, offering a wide range of exams using state-of-the-art equipment.

Summary of Position
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, this role works to support accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. The primary goal is to ensure that invoices are paid on time and coded correctly. This role frequently works with vendors and various departments within the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Process, review, and code vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare weekly check runs and payment processing activities.
- Maintain A/P records and files.
- Review and update vendor information for accuracy and compliance.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal customers.
- Serve as a key steward of practice resources, ensuring all physician expenditures are tracked accurately.
- Support month-end close and reporting as needed.

Experience and Skill Requirements

Education Requirements

Work Environment
- This position is fully on-site in Englewood, CO with situational flexibility as needed
Base wages for this role are between $28.00 and $32.21 on an hourly basis.
In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Radiology Imaging Associate’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position will receive applications on an ongoing basis, and will remain open until filled.

Full-time employees will become eligible for benefits on the 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment. Part-time employees may have access to some of these benefits, which may be on a pro-rated basis. PRN employees are not eligible for benefits.
