Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Janitorial Floater to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team. Duties
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation across different facilities.
- Support custodial tasks in a commercial adapting to the specific needs of each location.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored safely.
- Flexibly rotate between assigned sites or departments to meet operational needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is highly preferred; experience in commercial cleaning or industrial environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing.
- Familiarity with general facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and supply management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple locations.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods.

All jobs sites are within 15 minutes of East Providence(Johnston, Seekonk Cranston. ) you will be in one location each night not traveling to multiple sites

Monday thru friday 6-9
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
