As our Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and guiding creative projects from concept to execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audience and reflect our commitment to quality and innovation in the medical equipment industry.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and inspire the creative team to deliver high-quality design solutions
- Develop and execute innovative concepts for marketing campaigns and product launches
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align creative vision
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials
- Oversee the design process from ideation to final production
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to drive innovation
- Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients
What you need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in the medical equipment or related industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and campaigns
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
- Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
