We are looking for reliable, professional, and motivated Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers with CARGO VANS (White/Gray Preferred) to support dedicated Walmart delivery routes.
Routes are available 7 days a week, are approximately 10 hours per day, and daily volume may vary. Deliveries are generally within an approximately 50-mile radius of the Walmart pickup location.

Responsibilities
- Pick up assigned delivery loads from the designated Walmart location.
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages within approximately a 50-mile radius of the pickup location.
- Follow assigned routes and maintain strong on-time delivery performance.
- Use a smartphone to scan packages and complete proof of delivery.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates, issues, or delivery concerns as needed.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service at every delivery.
Compensation
- $260–$280 per day
- $1,820–$1960 per week when working 7 days
- Weekly pay
- Opportunity to earn more by working additional days
Vehicle Requirements
- White/Gray Cargo Van preferred
- Vehicle must be clean, well-maintained, and professional in appearance.
- Vehicle must be free of exterior logos, lettering, wraps, decals, or advertising.
Driver Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Current vehicle registration
- Ability to pass a background check
- Clean driving record
- Smartphone with GPS and active mobile data
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years old
