Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Making cocktails and pouring beers
- Maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience
- Assist with bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Follow all food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and alcohol service regulations
Experience
- Demonstrate ability in customer service, guest relations, and sales techniques
- Familiarity with food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling
- Time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Prior host/hostess, bartending, or serving experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work as a team
