The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking professional who combines deep technical mastery

alignment.

● Apply in-depth knowledge of tax law to identify issues, evaluate alternative treatments,

and provide innovative, research-backed recommendations.

● Serve as a go-to technical resource for staff and partners, interpreting new tax

legislation, court cases, and IRS rulings.

● Oversee the consistent application of best practices, templates, and procedures to

ensure firmwide accuracy and efficiency.

● Develop and implement forward-looking tax strategies for individuals and business

entities, helping clients minimize liabilities and plan proactively.

● Collaborate with partners to design and present integrated tax strategies that align with

clients’ broader business and personal goals.

● Participate in key client meetings to communicate tax implications, planning

● Maintain a proactive approach to client service by anticipating needs, identifying risks,

  • and suggesting process or policy improvements.

Team Development & Technical Coaching-

● Provide hands-on mentoring and technical coaching to tax staff and seniors, building

their technical acumen and professional confidence.

● Review and provide structured feedback on staff workpapers, offering clear, educational

guidance rather than transactional corrections.

● Support training initiatives and help design internal technical development programs for

the tax team.

● Model a calm, solutions-oriented leadership style that promotes learning, accountability,

and teamwork.

What You Bring
