Our client is looking for a New Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across the Northeastern U.S. region. In this role, you will identify, prospect, and open new accounts for a leading manufacturer of custom permanent retail displays, store fixtures, and merchandising systems. To be considered, you must have a proven track record of closing new business, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles within the snack food/confectionary, consumer electronics, beverages, c-stores and dollar stores, flooring, or sporting goods sectors. • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within your territory
• Build and deliver strategic business development plans to achieve revenue/growth objectives
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers at prospective brands and retailers
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and contract close
• Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and PM teams on customized client solutions
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales strategies
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and forecast opportunities using CRM tools
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging industry opportunities
• Consistently achieve or exceed established sales goals

• 3 years experience winning new accounts with consumer brands/major retailers required
• Expertise in visual merchandising permanent structures (wood, metal, wire, acrylics) required
• Active hunter mentality with demonstrated close rate success required

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication, skills
• Proficiency with CRM tool for pipeline management required
