Contract Administrator (Service Industry Exp Req) Description

You will be responsible for ensuring contracts are prepared and entered accurately and in a timely manner. Contract Administrator (Service Industry Exp Req) Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and administer service contract proposals
• Draft, edit, and ensure contract compliance with standard terms
• Monitor renewals and initiate renewal processes in accordance with agreed timelines
• Explain service terms to customers, answer contract‑related questions, and clarify obligations
• Secure necessary approvals and ensure all contractual obligations are met
• Escalate customer claims or disputes to management when required
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date contract records and documentation
• Monitor contract performance and identify issues that may require resolution
• Collaborate with sales department to ensure appropriate handoff from proposal to contract
• Proactively recommend improvements to internal processes to enhance efficiency
Contract Administrator (Service Industry Exp Req) Qualifications
• 3 years experience in contracts administration in the service industry required
• Ability to interpret contract terms/conditions and flag issues or discrepancies required
• Experience using ERP/CRM tool required
• Comfort communicating with customers required
