We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our stores, restaurants, and support facilities stay in top condition. You’ll handle everything from preventative maintenance to emergency repairs, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. Your work keeps our team members equipped to deliver outstanding service to our guests.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Conducting routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and structural issues.
- Handling repairs on HVACR systems and petroleum storage/dispensing equipment.
- Completing basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Overseeing outside contractors when specialized work is required.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
- Responding to emergency calls and participating in weekend/on-call schedules.
What you’ll bring:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field.
- Ability to disassemble equipment, replace defective parts, and reassemble safely.
- Skilled in troubleshooting electrical circuits and using precision testing instruments.
- Proficiency with tools such as drills, saws, hammers, hoists, and wrenches.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently while keeping safety top of mind.
Physical Demands
This role is hands-on and active. You’ll need to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the day. Regular lifting of items over 50 pounds is required. Good vision and focus are necessary for technical and detailed repair work.
