Outside Parts Sales Representative

We are seeking a self-motivated Outside Parts Sales Representative for business-to-business parts sales through growing our current customer base and creating new customers by promoting our entire line of products and services for Freightliner.

The Job role:
- Drive growth of parts departments, customer base and profits.
- Promote the entire line of Freightliner / Isuzu products and programs to Wholesale Customers and be willing to go above and beyond to meet their needs.
- Work with Parts Manager to develop plans to increase sales and proactively initiate, contact, manage and develop leads.
- Identify specific needs of customers and align solutions with our parts team.
- Work with manufacturer's representatives to improve program offerings and grow customer knowledge.
- Engage customers and keep them connected through all Freightliner programs.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and provide strong customer service including solving customer problems, complaints and questions in person, by telephone and through email.
Requirements:
- 3 years prior experience in a Retail or outside parts sales, experience preferred.
- Understand and demonstrate basic selling skills such as preparing for sales calls, managing the customer’s needs and expectations and communicate with your team effectively.
- Valid driver license with clean record.
