Well-known fast paced periodontal office with locations in Johnston and Providence seeks an experienced scheduling coordinator to join our team 3 days a week. Candidate must be self-motivated and a team player with superb customer service and organizational skills.
Duties include:
- Professionally assisting patients with checking in and out of the office
- Discussing financial obligations
- Collecting and processing payments
- Submitting dental insurance claims
- Overseeing and maintaining a full doctors and hygienists schedules
- Answering 4-line telephone system
- Other clerical duties
