Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and compassionate Scheduler to join our team at Home Instead. The Scheduler will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the best care possible by coordinating caregiver and client schedules. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, ability to problem solve, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls professionally and knowledgeably
- Match clients and Caregivers based on needs, skills, and location
- Maintain schedules, fostering quality matches and strong relationships
- Monitor, mediate, and log activities in our software system (WellSky)
- Ensure accurate client and Caregiver records
- Address client and Caregiver concerns as needed
- Communicate openly with colleagues, Caregivers, clients, and family members
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and business ethics
- Work collaboratively in an office setting
- Provide assistance with on-call after hours as needed (usually 4-7x a year).
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Knowledge or experience in senior care is a plus, but not required.
- Must be comfortable using scheduling software (WellSky/ClearCare) and other office tools (Microsoft).
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and client needs.

- Must be able to pass a background check, Drug test, and reference checks

Pay Range: $21-$24/hour
