Rhoads Metal Works, Inc.is a fourth generation company founded in 1896 servicing the Delaware Valley Tri-State area for over 120 years. We are a leading mechanical contractor and metal fabricator with in-depth experience to the hospital, institutional, process and manufacturing industries.
We are currently looking to add to our workforce for a rapidly GROWING Business. We are looking for an experienced Press Brake operator with strong machine set-up skills to join our team. Applicants must have experience reading blueprints, calculating flat layouts, determining bend sequence, choosing appropriate tooling, and setting up, programming, and bending parts to customer specifications using mechanical press brakes.

We are a custom fabrication shop working in steel, stainless steel and aluminum . A large fully equipped and staffed shop, combined with our field crews allows us to offer customers the highest of quality and service.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of fabricating experience.
Position Requirements:
- Work from sketches, drawings and blueprints is a must
- Calculate flat layout
- Determine bend sequence
- Experience with operation and set-up of brake, punches, shears and rolls is a must
- CNC plasma table a plus
- Ability to take a project from start to finish is plus
- Familiar with a variety of welding and grinding/ polishing techniques is a plus
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Self-motivated
- A valid drivers’ license and acceptable driving record to insurer
Normal working hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime is available depending on scheduling needs.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
