Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Job Description: The Manufacturing Logistics Manager leads warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and internal material flow within a custom manufacturing environment. This role ensures raw materials, components, and finished goods move safely, accurately, and efficiently from receipt through production to final shipment. This position oversees inventory movement, line-side delivery to fabrication and assembly, and shipping execution, while driving continuous improvement across all material flow processes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational discipline, experience managing hourly teams, and a track record of improving flow, organization, and execution in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Pre-employment Qualifications: Pass pre-employment drug screen, acceptable background check results including criminal history. Education and/or Experience: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or work experience in related field / role. 5 years of warehouse, logistics, or materials leadership, as well as supervision experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred Language Skills: Individuals must have good written and oral communication skills. Reasoning Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Computer Knowledge and Skills: Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Ability to manage inventory transactions, track material movement, and support operational reporting through system tools. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and material handling equipment is preferred. |
