Job Description: The Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to specifications, quality standards, and production schedules. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow work instructions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Pre-employment Qualifications: Pass pre-employment drug screen, acceptable background check results including criminal history. Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. 3 years of experience in machine building, automation assembly, or a related field. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings. Hands-on experience with tools, fabrication, and precision assembly. Language Skills: Individuals must have good written and oral communication skills. Reasoning Ability: Strong attention to detail is also required Computer Knowledge and Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems. OT and Travel: Ability to work overtime as needed. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. (Travel will be short-term between 3 and 7 days) |
