Position Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Leader to spearhead our outside sales and partnership development efforts. This is not just a rep role — it’s a leadership-track position where you’ll work directly with ownership.
Your mission will be two-fold:
- Create new partnerships with plumbers, property managers, roofers, HVAC companies, contractors, and other referral sources.
- Manage and grow those partnerships so they consistently generate high-quality restoration leads and deepen Rhino’s reputation as a trusted vendor.

Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and secure new referral partners across plumbing, roofing, HVAC, property management, and related trades.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring Rhino Restoration stays top-of-mind and a trusted go-to.
- Vendor List Acquisition & Retention: Get Rhino Restoration added to vendor lists and actively manage those accounts for recurring business.
- Lead Generation: Drive consistent, high-quality referrals from your partner network.
- Account Growth: Develop strategies to increase referral volume from existing partners through regular check-ins, joint marketing, and incentive programs.
- Networking & Events: Attend BNI/chamber meetings, trade shows, and industry events to promote Rhino Restoration and expand our partnership network.
- Territory Management: Plan and execute daily/weekly/monthly sales routes across Tampa Bay.
- CRM Usage & Reporting: Track outreach, partner activity, and referral pipeline. Provide regular performance updates to leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations for seamless handoffs, ensuring partners and clients have an excellent service experience.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Rhino Restoration’s reputation for quality, integrity, and trust in every partnership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years in sales, business development, or partnership management (restoration or related trades preferred).
- Relationship Skills: Proven ability to develop, manage, and grow long-term partnerships.
- Sales Skills: Hunter mentality, strong interpersonal presence, confidence in cold calling, and ability to close.
- Leadership Potential: Desire and ability to eventually recruit, train, and manage sales reps.
- Professionalism: Clean-cut, well-spoken, and able to represent the brand to clients and partners.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; builds rapport quickly.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with restoration, construction, or property services a plus.
- Technology: Proficient with CRM tools and Google Workspace.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation (mileage covered).
