Role Description
The Emergency Fire Sales Rep will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and driving sales for fire damage restoration services. On a daily basis, you will engage with potential clients, assist in estimating project scopes, and act as a link between the operations team and clients during the restoration process. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tampa, FL, requiring individuals to work effectively in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment.
Looking for an Emergency Fire Sales Rep(Fire Chaser) to join our growing Restoration team in the Tampa, St Pete/Clearwater area.
This field-based role is designed for someone who can move fast, build trust quickly, and help homeowners take the first step toward recovery after a fire.
We are looking for someone who has prior and/current experience in this same/similar role only.

About the Role:
Your goal: establish rapport, explain their options, and get them signed on with our Company so our internal teams can take over.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to residential fires using live incident alerts, scanner apps, and fire department sources
Arrive on-site promptly, speak with homeowners, and explain our services clearly and compassionately
Obtain signed work authorizations and upload necessary documentation to our CRM (Dash)
Coordinate with internal estimators and production teams for seamless service hand off
Maintain detailed records of contacts and progress in the CRM system
Qualifications:
Sales experience (especially in commission-based or in-home roles) strongly preferred - Restoration, construction, or insurance background a plus
