The Role We're looking for a driven Commercial Lines Producer to grow our commercial book — general liability, commercial property, workers' comp, BOP, and more. You'll build relationships with business owners across Utah and the West, run the sales process from prospect to bind, and stay the trusted point of contact after the sale.
What You'll Do
Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through networking, referrals, and outbound efforts
Assess client risk and design coverage solutions across multiple carriers
Present quotes, negotiate terms, and close new business
Partner with our account management team for smooth onboarding and renewals
Represent Rhino in the local business community
What You Bring
Active Utah Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly)
2 years of commercial insurance sales experience preferred (hungry newcomers with strong sales backgrounds considered)
A hunter's mentality with a relationship-first approach
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with modern agency tech
