The Role We're hiring a Commercial Lines Account Manager to be the backbone of our commercial book. You'll manage a portfolio of business accounts day to day — renewals, endorsements, certificates, remarketing — and keep our clients feeling taken care of at every touchpoint.
What You'll Do • Manage renewals: review coverage, remarket across carriers, and present options • Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, and policy changes accurately and on time • Serve as clients' go-to contact for service questions and claims support • Partner with producers to onboard new accounts and round out coverage • Maintain clean, current records in AMS360
What You Bring • Active Utah Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly) • 2 years of commercial lines account management or CSR experience preferred • Experience with AMS360 strongly preferred; comfort with carrier portals a plus • Sharp attention to detail and strong follow-through • Warm, professional communication — our clients are used to real people, not call centers
