Rhino-Back Roofing is a fast-growing residential roofing company generating $35M annually across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Western Massachusetts. As we expand our Connecticut Field Marketing team, we’re looking for driven, competitive individuals who want to break into sales and build a high-income career.
This role is your launchpad into six-figure roofing sales.
What You’ll Do
- Visit pre-qualified homes with visible roof damage (no random knocking)
- Have friendly, professional conversations with homeowners
- Offer free roof inspections
- Set qualified appointments for our sales team
- Participate in daily coaching, scripts, and ride-alongs to improve
- No closing. No high-pressure sales. Your role is simple: have great conversations and book quality appointments.
Compensation (Uncapped Commission)
- Top first-year reps: $60,000–$90,000
- Top performers: $100,000
- No cap on earnings – your income is directly tied to your effort and performance

Schedule
- Full-time
- Afternoons, evenings and Saturdays required (peak hours)
- Ongoing team training - 2 times a week in Simsbury, CT
