Rhino Adventure Gear is a growing company in the outdoor and overland space, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support our warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to grow with a small, fast-moving team. No advanced experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving and Inventory
- Unload shipments and inspecting for damage
- Reconcile products received with purchase orders
- Organize and stock inventory in designated locations
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the system
Order Fulfillment
- Pick and pull daily orders using warehouse software
- Package products securely and prepare shipments
- Weigh packages and generate shipping labels
- Ensure accuracy so the right products reach the right customers
Customer Service
- Answer phone calls and respond professionally to client emails
- Triage as necessary to appropriate staff member
- Troubleshoot inventory and client issues
Additional Duties
- Assist with light product assembly as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail: Ensuring accurate inventory counts and shipping information
- Organizational and time management skills, self motivated, efficient a must
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable using computers and basic software systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $18/hour
- Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Possibility of transitioning to a permanent position
