We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Shop Technician to join our team. This role is essential to keeping projects on schedule, maintaining high-quality builds, and ensuring clear communication across the team and with customers. This is a full-time position only.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform custom electrical and mechanical installations for vehicle upfitting
- Assemble and install systems for overlanding builds
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Properly dispose of packaging materials and shop waste
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers
Position Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical automotive role or similar hands-on environment (van build experience is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with 12-volt automotive systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a shop setting
- Clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to produce high-quality, aesthetically clean builds
- Positive attitude with humility and willingness to learn
- Strong reading comprehension, including the ability to follow product manuals and technical documentation
- Self-starter with the ability to identify needs on the shop floor and take initiative
- Ability to work effectively on a team and take direction
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Passion for off-roading, overlanding, or vehicle customization
