We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with catering events, banquets, or other special functions as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment preferred
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety standards
- Basic math skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends
