Northern Lights Bar & Grill is looking to add a dependable and friendly bartender to our team!
We are currently hiring for:
- Thursday evening shifts
- Friday evening shifts
- Every Other Sunday evening shifts
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fun small-town bar atmosphere and can provide great customer service while staying organized during busy hours.
With summer approaching, we are a busy tourist location and are looking for someone reliable who works well in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Mixing and serving drinks
- Providing friendly customer service
- Handling cash/POS transactions
- Light cleaning and stocking
- Assisting customers in both the bar and small convenience store area when needed
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
What we’re looking for:
- Dependable and punctual
- Friendly personality and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability required
- Bartending experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Must be able to obtain a bartending license
Pay based on experience plus tips.
