RHI Magnesita is seeking a motivated and experienced Service Technician to support operations in Armorel, Arkansas and surrounding areas. This role involves hands-on industrial work, customer interaction, and technical service responsibilities in a manufacturing and mill environment.

RHI Magnesita is seeking a motivated and experienced Service Technician to support operations in Armorel, Arkansas and surrounding areas. This role involves hands-on industrial work, customer interaction, and technical service responsibilities in a manufacturing and mill environment.
What You’ll Do
- Operate overhead cranes to safely lift and move large, heavy concrete pieces.
- Use hand tools such as hammers for assembly, demolition, or adjustment tasks.
- Operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials and products throughout the facility.
- Utilize shelving systems for organizing, storing, and retrieving materials.
- Perform general labor duties, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), material handling, and assisting with production as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Support other departments as required to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Industrial experience in manufacturing, mills, or heavy equipment.
- Refractory experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial systems.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
