Your Impact
- Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars: Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Focused Improvement
- Apply Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) to optimize strategies and extend asset life
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and FMEA to solve chronic issues and boost reliability
- Champion condition-based monitoring (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) for early failure detection
- Influence capital projects with a focus on long-term reliability and maintainability
- Coach teams on TPM and RCM principles to build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
- B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
- 5 years of maintenance experience; 0–2 years of engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with TPM and RCM in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical and controls experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CMMS (SAP preferred)
- Lean manufacturing skills (Kaizen, 5S, waste identification)
- Analytical mindset, safety focus, and ability to thrive under pressure
- Work on complex systems that demand precision and innovation
- Apply data-driven reliability techniques to solve real-world challenges
- Influence strategic decisions and shape maintenance best practices
