We are seeking a hands-on and mechanically inclined Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, machinery, and production equipment in a fast-paced environment. The technician will be responsible for setting up precast molds, operating hand and power tools, and assisting with forklift operations.

We are seeking a hands-on and mechanically inclined Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, machinery, and production equipment in a fast-paced environment. The technician will be responsible for setting up precast molds, operating hand and power tools, and assisting with forklift operations.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and prepare precast molds and equipment for daily production.
- Operate hand and power tools including grinders, air ratchets, and air guns.
- Assist with mechanical tasks related to precast production.
- Safely operate a sit-down automatic forklift (experience preferred).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and report any equipment issues.
- Support team members in completing production goals
- Hands-on experience with tools and mechanical equipment.
- Familiarity with grinders, air tools, and general shop equipment.
- Forklift experience (sit-down automatic) is a strong plus.
- Ability to lift, move, and position heavy materials.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
