Your Impact
- Lead the implementation of lean principles and continuous improvement strategies across production sites.
- Standardize and document best practices, methods, and processes to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Identify bottlenecks, analyze disruptions, and implement practical, data-driven solutions.
- Train and coach employees at all levels to build lean capabilities and foster a culture of improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions and occasionally around the globe.
- Share insights and best practices to align local improvements with global standards.
- Travel up to 40% to support on-site initiatives and connect with teams in person
- Gain exposure to strategic projects and enterprise-wide transformation efforts.
- Work autonomously while being supported by a collaborative, improvement-focused culture.

- Experience applying Lean methodology in an industrial environment.
- Lean Black Belt certification (Master Black Belt a plus).
- Strong background in 5S, KPI development, and process optimization.
- Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or similar) OR 10 years as a Lean Practitioner.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
