Location: Easton, Maryland
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site | 40 hours/week
A large scale Rheumatology and infusion practice in Easton, MD is seeking an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the full billing cycle, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to teamwork and accuracy.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on medical billing experience
- Knowledge of the complete billing cycle, including claims, EOBs/ERAs, payment posting, and account reconciliation
- Experience with insurance claims, denials, rejections, and appeals
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, privacy, and confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify billing trends, discrepancies, and issues
- Proficiency with EHR/EMR and billing systems
- Ability to interpret billing and financial reports
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
- Strong team player with a professional, positive attitude
